We encourage parent participation and input at our meetings. General Meetings are held semi-monthly on the third Wednesday of the month. Agendas will be posted 24 hours prior to meetings.
Introduction of Items Requiring a Vote
Members of OPA–SV HS who wish to address the Board and/or Board Meeting/General Membership Meeting with a motion or item to be voted on must submit a request 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Request to Address the Board
Members of OPA–SV HS or public who wish to comment during a meeting will be limited to three (3) minutes.
