Honour Society Meetings
Board Meetings
Meetings are held monthly with the members of Honour Society. Meetings may also be held on an as needed basis should we need to vote or call an emergency meeting for an upcoming event.
General Meetings
General Meetings are held at least twice a year, and all families, as well as members of our administration and staff, are encouraged to attend and share their insights. Dates for future General Meetings will be posted, and agendas will be made available at least 24 hours in advance. We welcome and encourage parent participation and input at all General meetings.
Items Requiring a Vote
Members of OPA–SV Honour Society who wish to address the Board and/or a General Membership Meeting with a motion or item to be voted on must submit their request at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Requests should be submitted to the Secretary at secretary@opasvhs.org
