Request to Address the Board 24-25

Addressing the Board

Members of the Oxford Preparatory Academy–Saddleback Valley Honour Society (OPA–SV HS) or public who wish to comment during a meeting will be limited to three (3) minutes. The Board reserves the right to mute or remove a member or individual if comments or actions disrupt the meeting. No action will be taken based on the oral communication given to the Board/General Meetings at the time the communication is given. A member of the Board will follow up with the individual to seek a resolution.

Introduction of Items Requiring a Vote

Members of OPA–SV HS, who wish to address the Board and/or Board Meeting/General Membership Meeting with a motion or item to be voted on must submit a request 48 hours prior to the meeting. The item will be reviewed by the Board and posted on the Agenda. No Action or discussion shall be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.
